Trying Life

“I have come so that you MIGHT have life……” John 10:10 [The the choice is yours!]

Life is trying! Our parents had trying times and so did their parents and the generations that came before them. Everyday we experience trying situations and are still going to have some more in the future. It’s clear that life is challenging and hard – you either have a problem, just left a problem or are heading for a problem! That’s life.

Yet as trying as it is, Life is beautiful and full of opportunities and wonderful challenges which is a good thing. Without challenges we never move forward. Life has its ups and downs and one hopes for more ups than downs but with challenges comes strength and growth. Any challenge that comes in life comes with change and brings an equal opportunity for breakthrough or breakdown depending on how you look at it. One thing I know that makes the difference is follow through; no matter what life brings your way follow through with what you have committed to do. Don’t give up.

Some say: ‘You win some and lose some’ but I don’t believe we ever lose anything in life. We win some, and in the rest of the cases we learn a few tricks about winning. Keep interested in all you do. Beyond a wholesome discipline, be gentle with yourself. You are the child of the most High God, no less than trees or stars, you are authorized to stay here on earth. With all its shams and broken dreams it’s a beautiful world, so strive to be happy. Life is good.
