Leadership by Example
Dear All
This week has been a challenge for me I must say, in the area of being’ in authority and under authority’. I believe topic of this week came as a result”let your light shine before men that they may see your good deeds and praise your Father in heaven” Mathew 5:16
How does one demonstrate your faith in a politically correct and diverse business environment? Integrating work and faith is about bringing who we are to work, we all are free to be godly leaders at work, and only you can separate you from your faith, still like me do you wonder Who am I at work? Do my actions, behavior,decisions and speech reflect God’s nature? Do we listen to others, are we compassionate and do we have the roles of a servant leader, do we listen and try to understand others. One of the weakness of being a leader is pride. Do you only want having your way regardless who get hurt. Do we take criticisms well or we go on to find a way around just to get our view win the battle no matter who gets hurt. I believe if our business/life are to grow we need to start implementing the good values ourselves. Many people would be hurt if one doesn’t live by a good example. Not everyone gets to talk to you in person, More people are busy observing how you are living your life everyday.
Abraham Maslow said “man has his future within him dynamically alive at this present moment” What is happening to us today is the result of what we created yesterday. What kind of leader are you creating, in your company, workplace,home, cell group, in the church?
The last cell meeting of the year is this sat 24 November, 4pm till 6pm see you there if you can make it.
Tips
Be conscious of what you are thinking and doing, cause you are creating your future experiences with your now moment.Create a daily me time away from everyone and model the leader you want to become. Reemember your subconscious mind is your partner in success

Rejoice in life for its own sake. Life is no brief candle,its a splendid torch which you have got to hold of, for the moment, and make it burn as brightly as possible before handing it to the next generations
